Carmel Partners also offers a substantial company match on your investment. Paid Time Off Vacation Time - Associates accrue ten to twenty days of vacation time per year based on years of service. Holiday Time - The Company observes eight holidays each year. Sick Time - Associates accrue five days of sick time per year beginning the first day of employment. Personal Time - Associates can take up to two days per year for personal time. Tuition Reimbursement After one year of employment, associates can take advantage of the tuition reimbursement program.
